HOCATT™ therapy is contraindicated during menstruation, as it dilates the arteries and may increase the blood flow (i.e you might mess on your towel). If you choose to do HOCATT™ therapy anyway, it is advised that you keep on your underwear and a sanitary pad/tampon. DO NOT DO VAGINAL INSUFFLATION WHILE MENSTRUATING.
Yes, you will undress privately and cover yourself with towels while getting in and out of the
Hocatt™ steam sauna.
Ensure that you drink a lot of water on the day of your session and only have a light meal
beforehand.
Hocatt™ sessions usually last 30 mins, allow time before and after to get changed and to ask
and answer any questions.
Ozone molecules on your skin continue to have beneficial effects even after your session. So, it is advised that you wait at least 7hrs after your session, before you shower.
Medications, including blood pressure, insulin and any other prescribed medication should be taken at least 3-4 hours away from your HOCATT™ session.

- Cutaneous porphyria

- Epilepsy and/or seizures
- Electrical implants e.g. pacemaker, cochlear implant, intrathecal pump, insulin pump, etc.
- Pregnancy
- Known heart conditions e.g. heart failure, heart blockages, recent heart attack, arrhythmias, etc.
- Blood clots/DVT’s or strokes
- Recent surgery
- Implanted metals e.g. pins, plates, screws, joint replacements, mechanical heart valves, metal stents, staples in blood vessels, etc.
- Broken, injured, swollen, inflamed or infected skin
- Cancerous/ malignant tissue

- G6PD deficiency

- Hypotension
Heat/sauna:
- Fever

5 sessions is $650,
which equates to $130 a session.
10 sessions is $1150,
which equates to $115 per session.
